Please check the QUALITY & QUANTITY of the materials at our godown. Our guarantee ceases as the materials leaves our godown.
LOADING, UNLOADING, FREIGHT of both sides will be borne by you.
A security deposit equivalent to 3 TIMES RENTAL VALUE is to be paid in advance.
The security deposit will be REFUNDED when the full material is received back. No interest will be paid on security amount.
NO PART PAYMENT of the Security Deposit will e refunded on receipt of the part quantity of the hired equipments.
The SECURITY DEPOSIT will not be adjusted in the monthly bill
Enter into on HIRING AGREEMENT as per our terms and conditions.
POST DATED CHEQUES towards monthly hiring charges for the entire duration of project to be given.
The monthly bill is to be paid latest by 10th OF EVERY MONTH.
An interest of 2% PER MONTH will be charged for DELAYED PAYMENTS.
TAXES if any levied by the Government time to time will be BORNE BY YOU.
The hire charges will be charged from the date of DESPATCH until the date we RECEIVE BACK the materials at our premises.
All the equipments have to be collected from our GODOWN AT PONMAR & the equipments should also be returned to our Godown during BUSINESS HOURS (8 AM to 5 PM) SUNDAY HOLIDAY.
You CANNOT TRANSFER the materials from one site to another site without our WRITTEN PERMISSION.
The shuttering materials supplied on hire is to be returned in GOOD CONDITION. If CUT, BROKEN and DAMAGED or LOSS the recovery of the cost at the current rate will be charged.
We are not responsible for any MISHAPPENING due to ANY REASONS.
If monthly rent is not paid for TWO CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, we will be free to TAKE MATERIAL BACK.
You shall not permit any REPAIR to our materials or allow any LIEN to be placed on it.
All equipments should be WELL CLEANED AND OILED before returning the same.
Only WHITE WASTE OIL should he applied for each application.
Incase TDS CERTIFICATE not received in time of amount deducted from our bills, we will debit your account with the same amount
Please also provide BANK GUARANTEE towards the security of the materials.
Any disputes arising out of this contract under CHENNAI JURISDICTION only.
